The premises of the story is Sorensen, the hitchhiker, gets picked up by a carload of surfers heading to Del Mar to surf when he falls into a daydream in which he runs into trouble with an agency of wise guys. In his head the agency is looking for him because he has stolen their suitcase. Despite the incredible, high quality surfing, starring the industry's heavyweights, this film is about surfers chasing dreams and dreamers chasing a surfer that has a suitcase filled with dreams.
